Call for review

We, IPv6 Ready Logo Committee would like to call for review the Phase-2 IPv6 Core Protocols Test Specification version 3.9.3.
The following is the document.

The major changes that may affect existing implementations are the below:

  1. Supporting the IPv6 Error message (2) Beyond Scope of Source Address is marked Advanced Functionality. (Optional) - RFC 4443 Section 3.1
